Day 4... monday

Last night after surfing, was actually called back to do a case, and could not sleep since then till now. Yeap, veli unlike me... signs of my brain lacking endorphine... (ah seet dun smile)

No elective today, but was called to help with ventilation of an intubated obese pt. Long time never do A+E stuff, kinda miss it... Oh, subsequently helped to refer the pt to CCU HKL (K.Lumpur) as GICU is full.

Of cause at the same time showed some stuff to the mo's here, diagnosed fast AF with lateral ischemia, possibly evolving cardiac event, started aspirin, plavix (they have it here), lovastatin, dig(ged) the pt, corrected the K+, blah..blah.. blah...

So, this morning's breakfast is still the same... gonna bore you all with the same picture again

Noticed the reduced portion... no lah, went 2 rounds today!

Clocked in at 0806hrs today, so got a red mark.

Bought a Celcom prepaid Xpax card as I also found out when I'm on GPRS line on my phone, calls also kennot come in.

Met them in the hotel's lobby drinking and smoking... polluting my air... what a bunch of @$$ holes... no ICU beds for them... (not that k.lipis has anyway)
